If a client cancels their subscription, they may request a transfer of certain automation elements, but proprietary workflows and configurations remain the intellectual property of Arys AI.

However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches resulting from third-party platforms or client mismanagement. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with online data transmission.

We are not responsible for disruptions, policy changes, or account suspensions imposed by these third-party services. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of any third-party platforms they integrate with Arys AI.
Arys AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to financial losses, reputational damage, or regulatory penalties resulting from AI-driven automations or integrations.
